The total number of licenses for each facility is defined by the contract between your site and KONE. All users under a facility, regardless of their user type, consume licenses assigned to the facility.
- Tap Menu -> MY PEOPLE to view the number of available licenses for your facility.
There are four types of licenses:
- Key tag licenses
Defines the number of physical RFID key tags allowed to open doors. - Digital keys licenses
Defines the number of smartphone keys allowed to open doors. One smartphone consumes one license. - Intercom audio call license
Defines the number of audio only phones allowed to receive audio calls. - Intercom video call license
Defines the number of smartphones allowed to receive video calls. One smartphone consumes one license.
