Register new smartphone or replace old smartphone

You must register your smartphone with the KONE Flow application before you can use it as a smartphone key or receive intercom calls.

1. Open KONE Flow with the smartphone to be registered and sign up.
   You do not need a new activation code.
2. Complete the displayed setup wizard.
   For more information, refer to Onboard main users, Onboard residents, or Onboard visitors.
3. Remove your old smartphone from smartphone key use if needed.
