Manage My account

1. Open KONE Flow.
2. Tap Menu -> My Account.
3. You can view and edit the following settings:
   • Your name
   • Your estimated walking speed (slow, medium, or fast)
     Knowing your walking speed makes (automatic) elevator calls more accurate with less waiting time.
     
   • Your country and language for determining the local KONE support site and display language
   • Your contact information for your main user and administrator
   • The phone number you have provided for device verification
4. Tap SAVE CHANGES to save your changes.
