Manage intercom settings

  1. Open KONE Flow.
  2. Tap Menu -> MY BUILDING -> Intercom setting.
    You can edit the following settings:
    • If allowed by your administrator, you can edit your contact name on the intercom and manage audio or video calls linked to a contact name.

    • You can enable or disable the automatic elevator call when the door is opened for a visitor during an intercom call.
      For more information, refer to Enable automatic elevator calls for yourself or visitors.
    • You can enable or disable the intercom to take an automatic photo of a visitor when the intercom call is missed.
