Main users can add and remove KONE Residential Flow users accessing their facilities.
Add My people
- Open KONE Flow.
- Tap Menu -> MY PEOPLE.
- Tap ADD NEW PEOPLE in the facility you want to add the new user to.
- Fill in the name and email address of the user.
Depending on your own permissions, you can define whether the user can receive building news, and grant access to other users. - Swipe to continue.
- Define access permissions for all doors and intercoms of the site.
There are three types of access permissions:
Always - permanent access to the door or intercom
Never - no access to the door or intercom
Time limited - access during certain hours of a day - Define the number of smartphone keys and key tags assigned to the user.
If none are available, release one by deleting it.

- Define if the user can receive intercom calls.
Tick the checkboxes for each available intercom to grant or remove permissions. - Define the number of intercom connections assigned to the user.
If none are available, release one of your own by removing the current connection.

- Define the user's elevator access by ticking the relevant elevator checkboxes.
- Swipe to continue.
- Tap SEND ACTIVATION CODE to send an activation code to the new user.
The validity of the activation code displays. - If the activation code has expired, resend the activation code:
a) Tap Menu -> MY PEOPLE.
b) Tap the pencil-shaped button next to the user.
c) Tap RE-SEND ACTIVATION CODE to resend the code.
Delete My people
- Open KONE Flow.
- Tap Menu -> MY PEOPLE.
- Tap the pencil-shaped button next to the user that you want to delete.
- Tap DELETE USER.
Note: The system deletes the user and all users created by the user.
Note: If you want to modify any user's permissions, delete the existing user profile and add a new user with new permissions.
