An activation code activates your KONE Residential Flow account for a specific site. You must enter a valid activation code before using the KONE Flow mobile application for the first time. If you are already using KONE Flow on another site, you can switch the activation codes between sites in the ACTIVATION CODE section of KONE Flow.
Your administrator or main user provides your activation code via email or printed letter. For security reasons, wait for your administrator to approve your activation if you are using a printed activation code.
An activation code only can be used once and has a validity period of 7 days. If your KONE Flow application displays that the activation code has expired, contact your administrator or main user for a new code.
