To start using KONE Flow, create an account.

  1. Open KONE Flow on your device.
    The welcome page displays.
  2. Tap SIGN-UP.
  3. Fill in the requested details for your account.
  4. Read and tick the checkbox to accept the privacy document and terms and conditions.
  5. Tap Next to continue.
    The system sends you a registration email.
  6. Open the registration email with the email account you provided.
    Note: Check your spam folder if the email is not in your inbox.
  7. Follow the instructions in the email to complete your registration.
  8. Log in to KONE Flow with your account.
