Call elevator with KONE Flow

When you are within 500 m range of the elevator, you can call the elevator to travel a predefined route with the KONE Flow mobile application. You can enable or disable this function.

Note: Make sure that you have enabled location services (GPS) on your smartphone. GPS provides your location to the system for estimating your distance from the elevator for optimizing the elevator call and waiting time. KONE does not store your location data. For more information on enabling GPS, refer to the manual of your smartphone.

1. Open KONE Flow.
2. On the KONE Flow page, go to the Elevator section.
3. Tap on the route you want the elevator to travel.
   KONE Flow displays which elevator picks you up.
4. If you want to edit a predefined route, press and hold the route.

1. Tap Menu -> PHONE SETTINGS.
   
2. Tick or untick the ELEVATOR CALLS checkbox.
